Summary: The hotel was noisy

Summary: We had a nice room with a good view of the main plaza BUT so noisy that we could not sleep in spite of our earplugs: loud music and construction work right in front of the widow until 5 am.

Summary: Clean room and amazing view, but the Centro Historico plays loud music 24/7 and you will hear it all. They also charged me twice for my room but the correct it right away. The only thing is that they told me that if that didn’t work they were not responsible for me getting my money back.

Summary: The room is tiny, not like the pictures. The hotel is beautiful and feels like new. The staff is great and after the first night (which was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep) did everything to make my stay better. The staff is great, I think they need a bit better management. The restaurant in the top floor is amazing, but closed to the public, half of the week for events

Summary: Parking was horrible, they opened at 7:00 AM so prepare yourself if you’re taking a early flight. Staff at Parking wasn’t helpful.

Summary: Is not worth staying here ... For same or less money you get more at other places. And uber get you to this area for 5 bucks

Summary: I didn’t like that the parking lot was not in the building you have to park a block away. Is not easy when you have big luggage. We did get help but walking in the street with luggage I didn’t like. Also what I didn’t like was that I ordered a drink at the rooftop bar and when I was paying my drink the bartender said you have to leave tip. I was like what now is mandatory leaving tip.
