Positive: 1) Apartment - clean, spacious, facilities 2) Location - very close to via etna, restaurants and cafe, attractions, bus stop etc 3) Owner behaviour- on time response, helpful

Negative: Nothing in particular. I do agree with the comments others made about the entrance, where you need to use four keys to access the apartment, but it didn’t feel like too much of a hassle. In fact, it seems to be done for safety reasons due to the shared spaces. We didn’t experience any noise issues or thin walls as some reviewers mentioned—probably because we were out most of the day, and by night we were tired and slept soundly 🙂

Positive: We had a wonderful time! The apartment is incredible and even more beautiful than in the photos. Location is perfect! Apartment located near the Main Street. The only downside is the not-so-good sound insulation, as for several days in a row, we woke up at 6-8 AM—first due to a screaming woman, then because of loud noises from cars and trucks. We could also clearly hear the people living upstairs and the neighbors to the right. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the terrace, as it unexpectedly rained throughout our entire stay, but I assure you it is private, very beautiful and spacious. Nevertheless, I’d like to thank the owner for all the assistance provided. Unfortunately, on our last day, our car was towed, and it was Mirko who helped us resolve the situation. He also kindly allowed us to stay longer than originally planned, so we could pack our things and take care of everything without rushing. Also, at the arrival we got free water, snacks, coffee and even milk for coffee. 100% recommended!

Positive: The room was exactly as the pictures, very clean, exceptional communication. The location was great. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. They had great recommendations of places to go. The area felt safe. I would book here again
