Incredible property, very good F&B, the most amazing and clean pool (with a swim up bar), activities and facilities for all age groups, easy access to a very clean beach, customer-service oriented staff.

Positive: I have always loved this property. It is adjoining a long clean beach. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The bathrooms are decent too. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is huge and caters for everyone, including toddlers and kids. The pool bar is great as well, and I had some nice cocktails there. Overall, it is always a great experience at Caravela! We had a nice game of pool as well as the Spa is superb.

Negative: The property could do better on menu option during lunch and dinner for their buffet. The rates in their main restaurant are really high for the quality of food. All other restaurants are okay.

Positive: Overall the stay was really good, no complaints. House keeping and service in general was really good. Vikash baro the housekeeper was really attentive and prompt in extending his services. The food was excellent overall, but we really enjoyed the Asian cuisine prepared by Saurabh banerjee. He made sure the taste was up to the preferences that we communicated and he personally went around tables to check on the guests. Thank you to the entire team, I may not recollect names of all. Looking forward to visiting the property once again.
