Positive: Amazing staff, clean and great location. Breakfast was amazing, the whole vibe of the hotel is very good.

Negative: Be aware that there is a bar on the ground floor and music is very loud. If not there, then the opposite side's bar music is on.

Positive: Good location, spacious room, very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Everything was around the corner.

Negative: The room smelled smoke for all 5 days. The sink was clogged and the bathroom was not that clean. Limescale remover would improve. The noise from the bar downstairs pretty horrible and until 2:00am.

Positive: had an absolutely wonderful stay at Caramel Boutique Hotel in Hamra! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything well taken care of. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Hamra, with cafes, shops, and restaurants just steps away, yet the hotel itself feels quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Beirut. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location!

Positive: Room 204 says thank you! I stayed in Caramel 2 times: before and after my trip to Syria. Amazing hospitality, very helpful staff, excellent breakfasts and coffee. I also enjoyed very comfy beds and ACs. In a close proximity to everything you need: shopping, cafes, etc

Negative: There was a party downstairs, and we had to fight for a room some levels up. We ended up with 2nd floor room which was very noisy. Also, something in the ceiling needs cleaning
