Positive: Everything from start to finish. This accommodation was perfect. It is self contained annex attached to the main house with a shared garden and pool, however the owners have an another garden which they used while we were there, so it felt like our own mini home. Located right next to a secluded beach, which felt like a secret beach as there was no one else around, this was pure paradise. The accommodation itself was faultless. A mix of modern and boho chic, surrounded by a luscious green garden. Unfortunately we didnt have time to enjoy the pool although it looked very inviting and had a beautifully decorated patio where you could enjoy a morning a coffee. We particularly enjoyed the long morning's in the comfiest bed yet, during our trip around the island. The owners clearly take great pride in the accommodation, from the style, cleanliness, ambient lighting to the vases filled with fresh flowers. They even provided us with a welcome basket of fresh fruit from the locals and offered us use of their kayak. The communication was excellent providing messages of recommendations and local eateries. Very friendly and welcoming family with a playful dog but still gave us plenty of privacy. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Positive: Caracol Studio is a compact, pleasant base for exploring the beautiful north of Mauritius. A warm welcome from Sarah, her partner, and her very friendly and lovable) dog were much appreciated. Thank you - and thanks for the lovely fresh fruit too. The kitchenette is small but was enough for our needs; the bed is big and comfy. At the studio, you have the use of outside seating, a small pool and the private, well-screened garden. This is shared with the owners but they are very discrete. We hadn't anticipated that the studio is only five minutes walk from the public beaches at Butte A L'Herbe - an unexpected bonus and a great place to catch the sunset.
Negative: For the money, there's nothing to complain about!

Positive: We really loved everything about our stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and informative. The studio is brand new, beautifully furnished, and full of charm. The outdoor area is also stunning, making it the perfect place to relax. You can tell the hosts have a great eye for detail and truly know how to make guests feel welcome.

Positive: Erik&Sarah provided a welcoming, feels-like-home environment and we are very grateful for that! They gave lots of useful tips & tricks that helped us to explore and enjoy everything that the island has to offer. Cleanliness and comfort of the apartment was beyond great. On the first day we were welcomed by fresh flowers, which was a nice touch to the inner environment. The garden is well maintaned, the pool is cleaned regularly. If you love animals, this is a good place to choose, as they have a dog, a cat and 3 turtles. All of them are super friendly (and love to play!)
Negative: Not one thing.
Summary: Absolute 10/10 accomodation!
