Positive: Very good facilities and clean home. Lovely balcony to eat on and enjoy the sunset. Both TVs were smart TVs and had access to streaming services. Good facilities to cook with and a very good shower.

Negative: The location was a little far out from Rome but that wasn't a major at all, especially if you have your own car.
