Positive: The view from the extensive windows facing west was of the dune grasses. It was full of birds of many kinds and fun for a bird watcher.

Negative: You had to walk up over the dune to see the ocean. One of the toilets made the sound of the tank refilling with water every 20 minutes and needs repair.

Positive: View and location were excellent. Light and bright interior.

Negative: Bathrooms were very old and need updating for the price we were charged. Mattresses were old and need to be replaced. Bedding and pillows were old and thin. Need warmer blankets, comforter. Nightstands weren’t large enough to put anything on them and the bedrooms had very poor lighting. One of the backdoors to the patio would not lock.

Summary: We only slept there and used the bathrooms which were mediocre at best.
