Positive: Amber went above and beyond. We experienced 2 major problems while in long Beach. My wife became sick and we had automobile problems. Amber was gracious enough to allow us to stay a extra 6 days . Communication was seamless and everything from the home to the many extras were beyond what we expected. Highly recommend this place for anyone. Many thanks again Amber.

Negative: Lol, the only thing my wife found uncomfortable was the train that passed 5 blocks away. Please don't let this stop you from renting.

Positive: The property is beautiful and conveniently placed near everything I needed.

Negative: There were a couple of water bugs, granted I’m not a local here and Im sure that it’s a common insect in MS. Everything else was great!

Summary: My stay at this property definitely was amazing and in a great neighborhood!

Positive: It was very clean. Everything you need is available. Location is not bad. The host is super nice. We enjoyed our stay!!! You have all the amenities of home. If we ever go back to Long Beach we would definitely stay here again. We would recommend this cute little place to anyone.

Positive: We were happy to find a casual pizza place directly across the street when we arrived in the evening after a long drive, great for a quick and easy meal. Convenient location, comfy beds, and plenty of extra throw blankets made family movie time especially cozy. The long thick drapes in the bedrooms helped darken the rooms at night and added elegance. The yard was great for our small dogs, and the barn door separating the kitchen and living room was super helpful in keeping them out of the kitchen while cooking. We also enjoyed the scented candles, they added a touch of home.

Negative: Upon arrival we were confused by a large white truck present in the driveway. We then learned it belonged to a neighbor's visitor and it was removed within an hour or so. Inside, we had to be very careful with the dishwasher as it was not anchored into the frame and would tip out during loading/unloading. There was also a welcome mat outside the back door on the deck that had no traction backing and slipped out from beneath my foot when I stepped outside. I fell, twisting my ankle and skinning my knee. Host was advised and thanked me for notifying them, so hopefully those issues were corrected, as we would like to visit again.

Summary: Had the best Thanksgiving ever at this family-friendly comfortable coastal home away from home.

Positive: all of it. literally zero complaints. I think the only thing I'd say, is another sofa instead of 2 little chairs. but everything and all of it was 100%. comfy beds. clean. tidy. nice vibe. good space. nice setting. both decks lovely too. we've stayed around here 3 times. but this has been the best stay and accommodation.
