Summary: Poor communication by email, message, and telephone. Instructions were not returned for the lock box checkin. After arriving at nearly 11:00 pm as scheduled due to the ferry arrival time. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes waiting for the clerk to arrive and finally give me the keys. Two other parties were also waiting.

Summary: Room was clean but smelled very musty, probably d/t the very wet climate. Staff was very helpful,and the free continental breakfast was amazing
