Summary: Parking slot at the hotel cannot be reserved and you need to drive around the area to park your car. Furniture is extremely outdated. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything: conversations, the toilet flushing next door, and from the floor above... Area is good but it's a longer walk to downtown. Breakfast is ok but that's Italy: I would be fine without breakfast and rather do not pay for it than having a mediocre breakfast buffet.

Summary: The location is fine and general condition is good. Additionally ,the choices of breakfast are many. The only disadvantage is that the wall of room was so thin, I could hear every sound from next room....

Summary: Small comfortable room with balcony and beautiful view of the water. very small bed, but comfortable. Good breakfast, but weak wifi. Unfortunately, they aren’t seem to process all VISA cards - seems to depend on the country of issue.

Summary: I like the convenience of this hotel for those of us with cars: it is in a quiet, residential area with lots of free parking nearby. It was a 4-block walk to the public beach, a longer 8-block walk to the ferry to nearby islands, and a short drive to the Old Town. All rooms face the lagoon and seeing the sea gulls in the lagoon in the morning or watching the sunset from your balcony are extra treats.
