Negative: A lot of noise from the highway. Far away from city. But closeby a shopping mall with restaurants.

Positive: The hotel has a variable and good breakfast, close to a shopping center, hotel is easy to reach by Uber and friendly staff.

Negative: We slept here during carnival. We understand that the price may be higher, but for this price you expect the hotel room to be maintained and smell nice. The room had a musty, sweaty smell upon entering. The cleaners do their job well, but this smell seems to come from the old furniture/accessories.
