Positive: I liked the lady running the hotel the most. Didn't get her name but we met mostly at breakfast. She was friendly and very nice to hang out. The rooms were beautifully done up. The garden area is very pretty. We had booked 4 rooms and 2 of those on the 1st floor were lovely.
Negative: One of the rooms on the ground floor has no bathroom privacy. The bath and commode are separated from the bed just by a half partition which is partially see through. Not ideal for everyone. The bathroom on one of the rooms on the 1st floor was so narrow that one has to squeeze between the door and sink to get in. Limited breakfast options and anything extra that you need, tea, coffee is payable. Also, water provided only on the first day. After that it's payable. Slight attitude from one staff member. The property is beautiful however there are a few things here and there that could be improved.

Positive: Out of a maximum of 5 stars, I give 6 stars. Mehmet Bey gave above and beyond service. My family's transportation plan was severely interrupted. Mehmet gave solutions to our problems and met our requests, almost instantanously every single time. Rooms were very cosy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was yummy with freshly baked pastries.
Negative: If there any suggestion that I would like to give, it would be serving earlier breakfast - earlier than 9 am now. But then, we are there to relax. Just sleep in. Or have a dip in the private jacuzzi.

Positive: One of the best hotel rooms in my whole life. It has a jacuzzi and turkish hamman room. They offer amazing breakfast and Mr.Mehmet is very hospitable guy who runs a unique hotel. Glad we choose Cappanar for our Cappadocia experience. However, I recommend you rent a car during your stay because Nar city is far from other Cappadocian cities.
Negative: Make sure to bring cash, their POS doesn’t accept international cards

Negative: Taxi is not working properly during my stay. Mehmet was generous enough to drive me to the bus station.
