Positive: Property so hard to get taxi. I waited nearly an hour on Saturday to get point to point. Honestly if other hotel was easier to get. I would just book another hotel after my first night.

Negative: Reception always not present, Water in the room is so little especially for shower. Heater doesn’t feel strong. The room was so cold.. dusty. Breakfast was bad.. the only thing cooked was scrambled eggs and fries on first day. Other than day was just scrambled eggs

Positive: A good experience but check location on google maps. Very steep hill. Ideal if you have a car rented out. You have to travel at least 20 minutes to get gerome for the sight seeing. Hot air balloons are around 4.30am!! This hotel is close to the red area and the green area is further away. The staff are nice and helpful. 5 minute taxi ride from local mall.

Positive: Unique lovely rooms (we were in a cave room), nice breakfast, free tea and coffee on terrace, very helpful, kind and sweet people who run the hotel (they helped with balloon, tour and transport bookings). The location is further away from main attractions but nice and quiet, not too far to walk up to shopping centre/town on the hill.

Negative: It was a bit warm in the room (we had a small fan that we travel with so wasn’t a problem for us but keep in mind)
