Positive: The apartment is new, well maintained, the area is great, safe and convenient, there is a supermarket nearby, Easy access to major attractions both on foot and by public transportation. The washer and dryer in the apartment were perfect, the kitchen was fully equipped including a dishwasher and a dining table for five people.Also, although there is no parking adjacent to the apartment, we found parking near the apartment on the street and in a conversation with the owner of the apartment, she promised to take care of the case and we would receive a parking report.

Negative: Please note that the apartment is not accessible to the elderly or disabled, there are many stairs. In addition, sleeping in the pull-out beds exposes the person sleeping in them to strong light early in the morning, it is advisable to install curtains. Also, the air conditioning unit in the basement floor makes noise when operating, which may be a little disturbing for those who are sensitive to noise.
