Negative: 1. The access to the apartment building is not perfect - a set of a dozen stairs immediately upon entrance which means you have to carry the laguage in hands. 2. No laundry service and if you do some handwashing there is no place to hang the laundry

Positive: The property was convenient for NYE activities, restaurants, and street stands. The room had nice amenities and the decor and furnishings were pleasant.

Negative: The room wasn't stocked with toilet paper, and after the roll was depleted I had to go pick up my own while waiting for the property to supply the front desk. It was a minor nuisance having to go back to the front desk several times to resolve the issue. Also, after sending photos of ID's online and filling out a form in advance I had to present my ID at the front desk and wait for them to take a photo copy. There should be coordination with the management because otherwise it's a waste of time to complete the form in advance.

Summary: An ideal last minute booking near Reforma for NYE in an ideal location.

Positive: Very beautiful, comfortable room and bed, tasteful common areas, great rooftop!! Grateful we could bring luggage early after a red-eye flight. Evan was very welcoming!

Negative: Disappointed we weren’t notified construction and painting in the building were going on. Paint fumes were strong inside the building. Thankfully not in the rooms. We should have been notified ahead of time.
