Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The only thing I wish is that the floors are a little cleaner in the hallways and in our own room. The only other thing is the toilet paper handle, it’s a little far from where you’re sitting on the toilet. It’s kind of a stretch reaching for toilet paper every time you use the bathroom. However, other than that, people are very friendly and it’s a beautiful location.

Summary: The room was comfortable and very clean, and the hotel decor was lovely.Staff was generally friendly and helpful, But no one told us when we checked in about there Wi-Fi or how the system worked. We would like to have had some kind of map(the place is huge and a bit of a maze) or written description of hotel amenities. I was also surprised that there was no shower cap, cotton swabs, things I would expect in a hotel that is rated as four star. Still, when we go back to Carlsbad, we will definitelystay here again.

Summary: The stay was overall very good the hotel location is so worth it! We had a couple things that came up during this trip and that was trash in the pool everytime we went the pool, and some staff were not the nicest when we had some questions about the event they had going on.
