Positive: I felt like my second home, safe and secure and excellent hospitality of the staff. I amazed to see the down to earth nature of the owner. The quality of food was also excellent.
Negative: My only suggestion is to make the house keeping and restaurant staff to communicate in English.
Summary: It’s a very safe secure and clean place to stay

Positive: The hotel was good and clean but what literally stood out was the behaviour of the staffs. Each and everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
Negative: The breakfast buffet can be good. The food was good but was not hot and variety was less.

Positive: Modern and clean hotel near to the Furi-Lebu Train Station. Rooms are tastefully decorated with all the amenities (shampoo, lotion, combs, toothbrushes, hairdryer, etc.). Tasty breakfast included in room rate, which is good value for the money. And last but not least, some of the warmest hospitality I have ever experienced in a hotel, with the front-end manager Nati in particular going out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and helping me navigate both Addis Ababa and Ethiopia. They arranged a free shuttle to the train station and I didn't even ask for it! Incredible service.
Negative: Next to a busy road and a petrol station, so not the quietest location. Hot water depends upon electricity.
