Positive: There was no breakfast! The apartment was good. The pin dropped on the google map was not accurate though and it misled us.

Negative: The coffee machine was poor and the milk capsules were cheese rather than milk/

Summary: A good and convenient place to stay though not many facilities nearby.

Positive: It was perfect for my 13 days stay with my family. Well equipped and well maintained (new) apartment: Plenty of light, essential kitchenware, essential cleaning ware, complimentary food supplies to help out the first days. Very nice terrasse to enjoy the afternoon sun. Surroundings: calm, a 7minutes walk away from Saint Sulpice's lake beach and promenade. Public transportation a few meters away with 3 bus stations (to Lausanne, Morges, Renens, EPFL). Easy to reach without a private car. Very nice host, always available and ready to help.

Negative: The view from one bedroom is on a parking lot. I am cheeky though, nothing can be perfect.

Summary: I would book it again without any hesitation.
