Situated on 3.5 acres of gardens, catching the sea breeze, you will enjoy your own dedicated private space and yard, while being able to wander the rest of the property. You will be captivated by the variety of bird life inhabiting the wetland and rainforest creek. Walk from the back gate through Booti National Park to Seven Mile or it’s a short drive to Burgess and One Mile beaches and the foreshores of Wallis Lake. Stockland shopping centre is under 10 minutes drive and a little further will bring you to Forster village with its many cafes, restaurants and bars. Surfers have an array of beaches to choose from including Boomerang beach, 15 minute drive south.
Included in your space is a seasonal vegetable garden and around the property is an array of fruit trees and bush tucker plants. You will be captivated by the views to Cape Hawke peak and the neighbouring pastures stretching to the Saddle, the ocean hidden below, but offering cooling sea breezes in the Summer.

Summary: Anna and Trev are excellent hosts. Beautiful quiet clean property. Anna added little touches to the property. Little flower vases everywhere. Farm fresh eggs, milk, margarine, jam, coffee and tea's.
