Positive: The landscaping was gorgeous and the quaint atmosphere
Negative: The towels and bath clothes seemed very old and worn out. But they were clean of course. The day bed mattress was very poor quality, bag of springs kind of mattress. Probably fine for little children not for adults. If I had known that in advance, it would’ve been helpful.

Positive: I love how cozy it felt and how quaint the place looked, it was just the place I’d love to wake up to in the morning on a weekend trip out to the Cape, beautiful decorations outside, it’s on the main road but felt like you were in your own little bubble. The owner helped us out and he super friendly and accommodating.
Negative: We liked everything! If there was one thing I had to change, it would be to add better ventilation to the bathroom. Maybe some rooms are better equipped but it got really steamy after a shower.
Summary: We loved it! Good value! Beautiful place, would be back!

Positive: Everything about my stay was wonderful. Greg checked me in, walked me to my room and is the kindest host I’ve ever met. The inn itself is so beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained and decorated. It’s a short walk to the beach where you can grab a lobster roll then watch the waves roll in. Honestly this place is wonderful in every way. Coffee and donuts every morning and the friendliest host ever. Highly recommend staying here. The value for what you get is incredible.

Positive: Our family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys) loved our 4 day stay here. This retro motor inn has been carefully restored and has the right balance of original features with modern furnishings and comfort. The owner, Greg, is a standout. He brings authentic care and warmth and made us feel welcome from the outset. The little touches mentioned by others, such as hand written notes and cookies for the boys, plus coffee and pastries each morning, were appreciated additions. Greg also upgraded one of our rooms at no cost to an apartment to provide extra space for our family which was very generous.
Negative: Nothing. It was great value.
