Summary: Great ground floor appartment with private garage. 2 mins from beaches . Wonderful large terrace area ideal for a family. Appartment well enough appointed. Communication and help from host was excellent. Families should also check out the pizzeria Grande Large which is part of the same property.Lovely people and good food in a releaxed atmospher with sea views.

Summary: "This was our second time in this fantastic appartment and we were more than happy to see, that almost the entire place has undergone serious refurbishing! Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, floors, walls and many details are completely new and state of the art. Last year everything was in mint condition, but now with its improvements it is perfect. And to my surprise the landlords have not raised the price! As already mentioned the first time, the owners are very friendly and absolutely professional. I would always come back!"

Summary: "We spent 2 weeks in the apartment (26/09/2011) and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment itself is in one of the best locations in capbreton, 20 seconds from the beach and close to all shops, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants. Inside the apartment the new renovations are top class...Memory foam mattress beds, leather sofas and new flooring throughout. The best feature is definitely the massive terrace balcony, this allowed us to eat breakfast lunch and diner outside with plenty of space for sun loungers and kids to play. One of the best apartments we have stayed in for a family holiday...Highly recommended."

Summary: "In few words: the perfect house in the perfect position, with a very polite and nice owner. We were 6 people and the house was fine for everyone: big bedrooms, big dining room and big terrace with shower. Walking distance from beaches (20 meters) and from some surf spots. Surf shops for rent the surfboard at 50 m form the house (10 € surfboard + 5 € for the wetsuit), or in front of the beach (more expensive). Very close to Hossegor and Sort-Hossegor, where you can find surf shops'' outlet with very low prices. Very relaxing place and not so crowded, even in August. I definitely recommend this place."

Summary: "Very nice and clean apartment right at the beach. The over 200m2 terrace with direct sea view is priceless. Terrace access from every room and outdoor shower, which was very convenient after surfing. The apartment is very well equipped. Large HD flatscreen with cable-tv helped us through rainy evenings. Right in the center of charming Capbreton with many restaurant options just footsteps away. The landlords are very professional and friendly. We felt very much at home. We would return anytime."
