Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We loves the ground floor apartment where our grandchildren could play soccor and games on the grass. We also enjoyed the large table on the patio where where could eat our meals if the weather was not too hot. The property managers were very sweet and helfpul in recommending good restaurants, beaches, and other great artistic and archaelogical sites in the area.

Negative: The biggest drawback was the dust created from the adjacent parking lot. However, the quiet of the countryside and the cool shade of the bar next door offset this inconvenience.

Summary: Conveniently located to a number of beautiful beaches and lots if great places to eat in the historic center of Capalbio

Positive: We loved the rual location. The reception by the landlady (Martha and her family) was exeptional nice, we really felt welcome. She was already waiting for us. We ran into some troubles during our stay (not related to the accomodation) and the landlady went above and beyond to help us and to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were very, very clean, witch for us is very important.

Summary: Magnificent quit and rual location, but centrally located.
