Negative: It is our second time to stay at canway but the room we had has a bad bathroom water drain. When you shower, water flows very slow so your feet are soak on dirty water. Same thing with the sink when u brush. Hope they do something. We are disappointed

Positive: The staff are absolutely amazing. Very good value for the money and lovely having a restaurant adjacent.

Negative: The tile that they have surrounded the pool and hot tub with is not anti skid flooring…it is extremely slippery and I came so close to wiping out as soon as I stepped into the pool room. I actually pulled a muscle and if not for my bf, would have fallen. That is not the kind of tile for that purpose. It is like a sheet of ice when wet. Also, the sauna does not work. We turned it on when we first entered the pool area and 45 minute later it was still barely warm.

Summary: Comfortable well kept room, good value for the money. Pool facilities are mediocre.
