Positive: We had an excellent stay and loved everything about this hotel. What impressed us most was the attention to the small details. It was my son’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us by leaving a birthday cake in our room’s refrigerator without us knowing. It was a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. The food was outstanding, the pools were excellent, and the drinks exceeded our expectations. Everything was beyond what we had hoped for. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay! The bar staff were outstanding—friendly, funny, and always cheerful, making every visit enjoyable. The reception team were also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The location and facilities were excellent, and our room was not new but spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with an impressive variety, so there was always something for everyone. The gym was well equipped, and the animation team offered a wide range of activities throughout the day. It’s a great resort for both families and younger travelers. Our family suite right by the sea ( pebble & sand combo) was absolutely priceless—the views and easy beach access made our holiday extra special. We also appreciated the option to pay for a late check-out. Being able to keep our room until it was time to leave for the airport made our departure so much more relaxing and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

Positive: A huge resort with lots of different bars and eating facilities which were well located throughout. Staff were lovely and entertainment team made a lot of effort. Comfortable and clean.
Negative: Smoking should be banned from the seating area where the night entertainment was. People should be made to go to a dedicated smoking area.

Positive: Big property with very green sarounding. Good food.
Negative: Very crowded restaurants around 8 am and 7 pm hard to find table.

Positive: Well designed, good layout & space to move around. They had two big eating areas and a lot of bars where snacks and drinks were served. There was always food for most part of the day until about midnight which catered for travellers checking in late. There was also early breakfast from 4am for those checking out early. They also provided lunch packs for those going on trips, however, this has to be booked a day ahead.
Negative: The property needs renovation, rooms had smell of damp, bad drainage which smells. When it rains, it forms pond around the property.
Summary: Food was excellent, plenty to eat and drink. Great staff, especially the cleaners & bar attendants.
