Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house is absolutely wonderful and the views of the sea and mountains amazing. It is presented beautifully and appears more like a home than a rental property with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is ample outside space to enjoy, with a pool, patio areas with furniture, a bbq area and off-street parking. We walked into town and to the beach several times, as it is only a 25-30 minute walk. Sitting on a sun lounger watching the sun go down was amazing. I found the bed super-comfy. The mini toiletries, water and Spanish sweets were a lovely touch. We were met on arrival by , who was a brilliant host and took us around the property. We visited Altea, Denia, Benidorm and the local waterfalls during our stay. There is a Pharmacy a short walk from the house and a Lidl nearby also.

Negative: The only reason for not giving a 10/10 was the very small cooker, which took such a long time to cook anything, however, Quinten did inform us this is being changed to a bigger, multi-functional one in due course. We did find it quite cold at times but there was an electric heater to supplement the air con.

Summary: A gem of a house in a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend.
