Positive: I enjoyed our room. It was really nice. We loved having the balcony door open while it was raining and blowing. That was really cool.

Negative: There was only one thing that we didn't like , but once we found out the trick, we had no more problems. Not really a problem, just a little hiccup.

Positive: I stayed room#207. It was a little bit older but very clean and quiet. Pet areas are nice. Location is perfect.

Negative: I made a reservation 6 months advance on a booking.com. I deposited for the room that I really wanted to stay but they gave me a different room when I checked in. The lady at the front desk said, “Oh someone is staying in the room.” “You cannot choose a room”. Really?? I showed her my reservation with the room picture, and a deposit I made for the room but she was like I don’t know… 🤷‍♀️ I was so disappointed. And I had to pay more for the room I stayed. :(

Positive: Location is great, parking is good. Pool was nice but walkway around it very hard on feet. Had full stove and cookware there made it nice to reheat stuff.

Negative: Stayed in room 305. Hardwood floors seemed to be installed over carpet they moved so much you felt drunk walking on them. Place smelled of wet dog first 2 days. Beds seemed old and uncomfortable. Wifi was garbage and they requested you don't stream any thing.

Summary: Unless your needing a place for you and your dog I'll pass.

Positive: We came shortly after losing our oldest son to just get away and be by ourselves. The staff went out of their way to be compassionate, friendly and accommodating to our stay there. Hands down best place to stay in Ocean Shores!

Positive: The pool here is fantastic for swimming lengths. I asked how long it was and it is 35 feet, longer than most hotel pools. The hot tub was nice as well. The room has an excellent and well-stocked kitchen. There were deer in front of the room on the grounds, and it is a fairly short walk to the beach. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. It was near Halloween and the hotel was nicely decorated for the season.

Negative: I had a car, but without a car, it would be difficult to get to local restaurants and such. The hotel doesn't do housekeeping (you can ask for replacement items for your room) and it doesn't have breakfast.
