Summary: Old musty overpowering smell in room, windows and window grills & sills filthy. Noise and car pollution from adjacent highway meant windows could not remain open to freshen the room. Very old property in desperate need of refurbishment.

Summary: Condition of furniture in room was poor, old and worn out with laminate peeling off, bed was soft with alot of movement. Carpet needed a clean. Bathroom was ok and was clean. Was a bed for the night, I guess but nothing flash about it.

Summary: 1st rm disgusting. Smell of stale smoke ++. Not true to photos. Kindly changed rm. 2nd rm Dated. Couch ripped.Curtains perished. WI-FI constantlydisconnecting & TV wheeling. Safe not operational. Some dodgy residents.

Summary: Staff were courteous The bathroom was fairly clean but floor could have definitely done with a vacuum n wash. I arrived late and the lighting around the corner was poor The aircon was very loud . Otherwise I was comfortable

Summary: You get what you pay for. Yes, it's a bit run down, and rough around the edges, but it's functional, and cheap. Most importantly, the staff were really lovely. It would be my first choice for budget accomodation in Perth. Highly recommended.
