Summary: We usually have a good experience here, but this time the key card wasn’t working well and we had to have it reprogrammed every time we left the room. When we got there the door wasn’t latched so we were worried that someone was in there. We split a little bit of water on the kitchen floor in the suite and wiped it up with a paper towel and the towel was black when we picked it up, so the tile hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was disappointing.
