Summary: Wouldn't recommend. Hotel was in need of updates, only 1 elevator for whole place, no amenities, and our room was very dirty. Staff were friendly tho.

Summary: I frequently stay here for its convenience to I-64 and other places in the Short Pump - Glen Allen area. It is reasonably priced, and the evening front desk person is great. I need an accessible room and their room is more than adequate for my needs. The bed is comfy. There is no need to worry about food because it is all around you. I find this location is great for a weekend getaway where you have access to more things - the mall, restaurants of all types, a movie theater, and food shopping too.

Summary: As soon as I open the door to my room, a very unpleasant smell hit me in the face. Instant turn off. Could not tell exactly what the smell was. It was not food related. Not sure if it had to do with the heat and air unit, but it was not a good experience.
