Summary: The front desk associates both night and morning were very kind. We didn't get to experience the amenities, but still enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The room was nice and clean, although the bed was not comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and coffee pot in the room. The elevator went out and was not fixed until sometime in the evening, resulting in steps to the 4th floor. Summary: We have been to this hotel many times. and it never disappoints. I want to give a shout out to Carly at the front desk. She went over and above to help us with everything we needed. She’s the perfect person to have at the front desk to welcome people. She was so friendly and outgoing. We will be back and we will be staying there again. Okatie Ale House is a short walk from the hotel and it’s an awesome place. Great food, great people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: The lobby had a horrible stench of cat urine when we checked in. We were very disappointed with the location and layout of the pool. There were cigarette butts floating in an ash tray on the table, no towels and other guests socks and a shirt left behind. The LVT in our room was so slick from the cleaner used and there were several things broken - the drawer on the dresser, the privacy curtains, the towel holder and false drawer pull in the bathroom. The kitchen area and fridge were nice but we forgot to turn on our ice maker and there were no ice machines in the hotel. Overall very disappointing for this part of Bluffton.

Summary: I feel that cleaning only on the 7 day of your stay is horrible and having to retrieve our own towels is sorry for the hotel. Too much money is paid not to have rooms cleaned daily or even get clean towels

Summary: The hotel needs to be updated. They only gave us 3 towels for a 4 person reservation. Hotel staff was not friendly or attentive.
