Summary: Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it.

Summary: From chita honda just turn left to walk through CanDeO hotel 5 mins next to bus staion to airport too first night to rest here before free on top 11 floor sky onsen in wonderful breakfast in japanese style too.
