Summary: Hallways were strewn with garbage and parts of the hallway floors were wet. Actual room was ok enough but the first impression was not the best. I think the have a lot of wildfire evacuation people staying there bored and anxious.

Summary: Mini adventure! Our family booked two rooms and only stayed one night at this hotel. Overall, things were great. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The pool was a highlight! The only issue we had was with staff not honouring our request for adjoining rooms. I called the hotel directly 8 days before our arrival and requested adjoining rooms. I understand that this is dependent on availability. I was informed that the adjoining rooms were available and they would booked them for our family. We were very disappointed upon arrival when we were told that they had booked out one half of the two adjoining rooms so we could not have them. (Yes, this large hotel only has one pair or adjoining rooms!) Very frustrating. All the apologies from the hotel do not solve this issue. Please improve your system for honouring guest requests. The other issue we experienced was that due to staffing issues, neither of the hotel’s two restaurants were open on the day we arrived. We had counted on having supper in the hotel. Another disappointment. Would we stay again? For sure! Would we trust them, likely not.

Summary: While the hotel is a bit dated, it’s very clean and staff is friendly and efficient. A continental breakfast would make it a 5/5.

Summary: The hotel was good for what we needed. Reasonable price for somewhere to sleep before surgery early the next morning. Our room had a “smell” to it that wasn’t terrible, just was noticeable when you opened the door.

Summary: Interesting open concept where the rooms open to an inner lobby. We thought it might be noisy but it was very quiet. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Summary: There electrical was dangerous. Having extension cords plugged into other extension cords. We told them the toilet was not working so they brought us a plunger to figure it out ourselves. We told them the tv remote didn’t work so they told us to set it up ourselves. We asked for a cot and they said we couldn’t have one because our room had two bed already (which had to be for five people). The microwave didn’t work, and the air conditioner didn’t work. Probably the worst experience we have ever had in a hotel/motel.
