We offer you our familiar apartment entirely renovated with a clean and modern style, offering maximum confort, ideal to make you spend an unforgettable vacation time.

It is located in front of the beach with unbeatable views seen on its open spacious terrace.

It has 75 m2 distributed in a commodious dining room with two confortable sofas, a 43” LED Androit TV, AACC and central.

Free Wi-Fi access.

The kitchen, which is integrated inside the dining room, is composed by a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, coffee maker, range hood...

Two bedrooms; the former with double bed, 160 x 200cm , the latter with two beds (nest) 90 x 200cm. Both bedrooms are equiped with build -in wardrobes. A bathroom with shower and WC. There's also a laundry room equiped with a washing machine. It has two balconies; the first one, with 10m2 ,is overlooking at the beach. The second one, with 4m2, is placed at the back of the apartment.

It is located on a charming and quiet area, far away from the hustle and bustle. Shops in the area are familiar and environmentaly friendly with rest time.

In order to adjust to the current legality in Balearic Islands (Spain).

The rent of our apartment is regulated by the L.A.U (Law of urban lease).

We are not subjects to the holiday’s rent law because it is not regulated and not allowed to this day in the Balearic Islands for apartments and flats.

For this reason us:

1º- We don't charge nor raise the touristic taxation.

2º- We don't make touristic services like cleaning, change of bed linens and towels during the rent period.

To adjust to the current law of L.A.U. 29/1994.

Once delivery the keys and contract signature, the ownership is available to the tenants during the period that appears in the contract.

Summary: This was our first time to Mallorca. Toni was incredibly helpful in contacting us well before our stay and meeting us at the apartment. He gave us great suggestions for restaurants and also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get back to the airport. The balcony and view of the beach was outstanding, even better than we had expected. The apartment was very clean, modern and had all amenities we needed. The building was just steps to the beach and right in the middle of the restaurants and grocery stores. When we go back to Mallorca we will definitely stay at the same place. Thanks Toni!!!

Summary: Toni’s apartment is clean, functional, and at very convenient location. Beach and promenade are in front of the building. Toni was responsive and welcoming. Overall very nice stay.

Summary: Apartment was clean, Toni the host was very helpful and hospitable. Location was not what I was expecting but it was on the beach with restaurants available. There was 3 doors with 3 different locks to get from the street into the apartment, which it sucks, it would be nice if this would be some sort keypad. The second bedroom is very tiny with only one twin bed which thankfully we only had one teenager sleeping in there, apartment had good natural light and good air conditioning. Building is old and needs painting etc.

Summary: We travel often and have stayed at many properties, but by far this was the best provisioned one- everything you could possibly need is provided right down to spices for cooking, detergent for laundry, beach chairs, reusable bags for shopping, and everything else under the sun. The view from the unit is phenomenal and the bed is very comfortable. Also, the separate washer and dryer machines made quick work of our laundry. There are multiple markets within walking distance and a bus stop nearby. Though the property was wonderful, Toni was an unbelievably gracious host! We missed our ferry to Palma the first night and he offered to let us extend our stay which we would have loved to taken him up on, but we had a schedule to keep. Despite it being 6:00am Christmas Eve, he met us personally at the property, carried our luggage up the stairs, gave us clear instructions, and made himself available for any questions. He even arranged a taxi to pick us up on departure! He was so friendly and a pleasure to meet. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: A very nice and clean apartment om the beach. We enjoyed the place very much. Toni is very helpful and the communication is excellent. Also recommend Tomys burger downstair where you can get most for the menu glutenfree. We recommend this apartment very much, and would like to come back.

Summary: We had a fantastic short stay at Toni’s apartment. It was better than the photographs. It is 1 of the best equipped places we have stayed in. Everything was well thought out for the comfort of guests. Situated so close to the beach with every amenity on your doorstep.Toni was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we booked until the day of departure. Great communication. Will recommend to friends and we will definitely be back.

Summary: From the moment of booking until after we left our host Toni was so helpful in everyway possible. The apartment is in a great location with everything you could need and the view from the balcony was everything we had hoped it would be! It helped that the sun was out too. Summary: We could not be more pleased with our stay. The apartment is so quiet and with a 30 second walk to the beach it cannot be more conveniently located. Food is in all directions. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk. Toni will leave you with easy to follow instructions and don’t pass on this apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
