Positive: Delightful 1950s semidetached house with a most amazing view of Olot town and surrounding mountains and volcanoes. House is spacious and modernised to a high standard . Mireia the landlord communicated really well and was very friendly and helpful. I loved the area too which reminded me of an English seaside town . A stunning Supermarket is only 10 minutes away with an amazing bakery attached

Negative: Not sure about the artificial lawn but I understand it’s low maintenance and a personal choice It got very hot In the sun but nice to sit on in the evening .

Summary: Gorgeous house in a stunning location and so close to town amenities but with stunning views
