Positive: The location is awesome. The reception staff is courteous & helpful. Good activities. Kevin deserves special mention as he was very helpful & accommodating

Negative: No help for luggage. The apartments were uphill & somewhat far. We had to tow our luggage to the apartments. There was no mention that apartments were far & uphill, which should have been mentioned. The cleaning is once in 5 days which is too less as we were only there for 3 days. The periodicity can be improved.
