Summary: The neighborhood is in a good walking area, but a little desolate. The heating, cleanliness, water pressure, WiFi were all great. The kitchen was basic and the neighborhood didn’t have amazing food options, but it was a great launching pad for exploring Arcata, Clam Beach, Trinidad and the state parks.

Summary: An old house with character! Interesting design with knocks and crannies. It was comfortable with lots of room for our family. It is located close to the Old Town area. We walked to Los Bagels for coffee and treats. Easy access to places we wanted to go such as Fields Landing, the Zoo and highway to the Farmers Market in Arcata and the Trinidad Beach.
