Summary: Incredible stay. Amazing staff, room, and amenities. The breakfasts were such a nice perk and delicious. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed at! Would 1000% recommend, and we can't wait to visit again in the near future.

Summary: This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves. The daily breakfast was incredible, with nice fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, and a special feature each morning. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: Very classy. Loved the unique salons on every floor. Caesar at the front desk, and the dining staff were very personable. The housekeepers were very friendly. Fabulous decor, art and architecture throughout the establishment.

Summary: Staff was unbelievable, helpful and friendly and warm, helped me when I was sick! Helped package things for the plane, etc. Rooms were clean and design forward! I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. Great safe location, close to park and everything Polanco. Staff attended to every need, and then some! Breakfast was delicious, concierge service went above and beyond. Perfecto!
