Positive: the pool is warm and safe enough. Suitable for family that want to enjoy a pool time, however not for fun time as this is a simple rectangle pool without slides or other water games. Lots of activities are available and not mandatory, depends of travelers style. Bar, grocery, food daily food truck : very nice if you do not have a way to go to downtown or if you just want to stay on site.

Negative: BBQ is available for every mobile home. Buying charcoal for renter is normal as this is a consumable, but I would suggest to provide tools for suitable for cooking bbq.

Summary: Very pleasant and quite place to stay several days, camping environment is great, peaceful.
