Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The pool area was very good with plenty of sun loungers and great swimming pools, waterfall and other features. The young woman who did our checkout was lovely. Our check-in person however could have been friendlier or more welcoming. Inside chalet was better than anticipated and quite pleasant and the site is adjacent to a calm, slow flowing river that joins the sea and beach
Negative: The signage for the site is very confusing as for some inexplicable reason it uses a different name to that on Booking.com. The chalets are all quite close to one-another and the site feels quite cramped
Summary: A good value for money choice especially if it’s a short stay

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: the location was great, the staff friendly, there were good activities during the day
Negative: i was surprised the reception was closed on saturday between 1 and 2 pm. that's really suprising since this is the main day of departure and arrival and you can always time things perfectly after a very long trip on the road. They could organise a rotation on that specific day at least. We were waiting in the sun and there was quite a long queue, never had that before, that was a bit ridiculous for a camping.
