Negative: The kitchen was dirty and there was leftover food in the microwave and fridge. (The rest of the house was very clean!)

Positive: The house is super beautiful and felt like a dream home I know every time I'm up In Tennessee for anything I'll will be renting this place also love the history and different things inside you can see when it was built also the ice box in the basement was very interesting

Negative: No handbook for access/control to the ac, tv... the bathroom downstairs was FREEZING! The upstairs "master" bath has some wiring issue, if you plug something in, the lights flicker. The security is an issue, as my car was broken into and christmas items stolen. The house next door is vacant, and the neighbor hood is sketchy, which is out of the control of the owner.
Summary: Was a great home, would love to return, but won't unless the security is updated to protect property

Positive: The house was nice. Upgrades were appreciated. Temperature in the house was comfortable. We never needed to change temperatures. Down or upstairs.
Negative: The location was a little off the beaten path. We were approached by an elderly man, in front of the house, pushing a wheelchair, asking for money. That was a bit uncomfortable. Needs a toilet paper holder in master bathroom. The house would be much more comfortable if there were curtains on both sides of front door.
Summary: This house would accommodate a family of 6-8 easily.

Positive: The house was very clean, modern, comfortable, accommodating, and spacious. The owners were pleasant to deal with as well. We did not go in the backyard at all but it looked spacious and there was a fire pit with seating. They left clear and concise instructions for the stay and departure. There were board games and updated appliances. The internet was not working when we got there but the owner apologized and she made sure it was fixed by the next day. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The hosts were very responsive. I requested an iron and an ironing board and it there when we got there. Very clean and neat.
Negative: The beds and sofa were not very comfortable. But We are all 60 years old so they could be fine for a younger crowd.
