Positive: Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and a good size with many amenities. They proactively offered to provide a tax refund as well!

Negative: Bed was a bit more firm than I prefer but still comfortable. Was a bit of a walk to the nearest metro but plenty of nearby bus stops.

Summary: Great value with tremendously helpful staff.

Positive: Very reasonable price, forget to take the picture but it looked exactly like in the photo. Big space, clean and tidy and hv everything as they mention. Really good jacuzzi, automatic toilet, 2 computers connected to TV easily to watch movie. Many amanities. Really kind and nice staff, I can do early check in and they also provide free mini bar, coffee, water, as much as you want. Also hv parking lot. Very impressive and I will come back again

Negative: Location is a bit far from the subway station 15min by walking but it’s not a problem, there are bus stop near the hotel, also airport bus. Another is there are less plug inside the room

Summary: Nice staff, good room, reasonable price
