Wonderful opportunity to stay at a true Lake-house with BIG Views, Deep Water, Privacy, Spacious Yard, Large House, Outdoor Entertainment and much more! Located on a Point off the southern shoreline on Lanana Creek. Inside the home a a large living-room with vaulted ceiling and lots of window views to the lake from inside. The Remodeled Kitchen has plenty of counter space and dining area for a family get to gather. The first floor has 3-bedrooms, a Master Bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in tile shower, the North side bedroom has a good view of the lake and the hall bathroom in recently remodeled. Up-stairs there is 2-bedrooms and one bath. Both bedrooms have lake views and a terrace to view the lake. There is also a bonus Loft at the top of stairs with daybed.
In the yard, there is ample parking with a turn around driveway, two car carport 24×40 carport large enough to leave two boats and vehicles hooked up. On the side of the house is a Sitting area with recessed lighting, outdoor TV, BBQ Pit and outdoor seating. The yard has a Burn Pit, Pier, Boathouse and plenty of shoreline to fish from without leaving the bank. The back porch has a sitting area and a fenced in area that is great to keep small children secure.

Summary: Property was just as described. We had a team working in the area for a couple of weeks. They were able to return and relax each evening with all the comforts of home plus a wonderful lake view. Management was quick to respond to questions and issues.

Summary: Second time to stay at this property and 2nd time we greatly enjoyed our stay. Great location, plenty of space/rooms, good kitchen set up, plenty of parking, simple details on info needed for your stay that was well laid out by the owners, and great outdoor set up with games. We plan to book Camp Boogie again!
