Positive: The location is amazing, only 10 minutes away from Mirabilandia, which was our main destination. The apartment was big, well equipped and clean, it included towels and soap. Check in was smooth, the owner was kind and understanding. Breakfast included coffee, juice and a croissant.

Positive: Clean and Nice apartment. The air conditioning was great.
Negative: The staff gave a impression of rude behaviour. No smile when you meet a customer. There was a lack of enthusiasm. The breakfast shoud be bigger when you think the price of the apartment.

Positive: Good location for beaches, theme parks like Mirabilandia. Rooms very spacious and modern with very good wi-fi. Caffè next door good for a typical Italian breakfast of coffee and pastries. Only pity that use of kitchen was not allowed as it would've saved us money in eating out
Negative: Include use of kitchen for an extra fee for room we chose
