Positive: Excellent location. Clean apartment. Was fully equipped

Negative: Very bad in communication with the owner. Were there for 3 nights. The room temperature was 22degrees and we couldnt change it. Repeatedly asked the owner if there was a way of increasing the room temperatures bc my kid was sick and at.night he was cold. Never really replied to.any of my messages even though he saw them

Positive: First time staying on East side of Lake Como and relieved we did this as Bellagio and Varenna have nowbecome unaffordable, been ruined by overtourism, and unfortunately lost their Italian charm. Bellano remains an Italian town with good options to visit these other touristy places

Negative: Perhaps the bedding in the second room could be a little more comfortable. Fine for young children but not an adult. SCheduled boats to Bellano are less frequent than other destinations and can be cancelled without any obvious reason. .......worth bearing in mind when getting home at the end of the day.

Summary: Relatively quiet location with rail, road and boat transport options. Fully met expectations

Positive: The location of this property is absolutely superb!! A few steps from the apartment are all the coffeeshops, restaurants , water taxi and beautiful lake Como. The apartment is very spacious and it's easy to spread out.

Summary: If you like to get away from the touristy Bellagio, I will recommend Bellano and the Camilia house.
