Positive: Nice and cozy place, very close to the beach and the bus stops. The room clean and very chill with the airconditioner. There was also a fridge where you could put all your food.

Positive: Rooms were clean and spacious

Negative: Light rail works right out the front and building is demolition next door. Being woken up at 6am with loud noises then receiving a text msg at 7pm to tell us we can’t park in property due to street closures and car needs to be off property at 7am the next morning. Should have been warned about this prior to arrival as they had received notification of this before we arrived.

Positive: Friendly staff on check-in and check out. Beds were comfortable, aircon and ceiling fan so that's all we required for a good nights sleep, shower head needs a longer shaft as it was a little too low for both myself and my son

Negative: Old school Motel, seemed to be way overpriced for what it was but being this time of year it is to be expected. Had a Xmas party happening on the next door patio, couldn't block the noise out because of bathroom grill in the window, so thank god the woman with the cockatoo laugh called it quits by about 9.30.
