Positive: Paid extra for breakfast. Cooked to order and really good. Staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more helpful and a credit to the hotel. Useful laundry.

Negative: Had a party on one night and we couldn’t park on site but we managed to get nearby. Not a huge issue.

Positive: Rooms were very large, lots of space.

Negative: Pool looked questionable in terms of cleanliness. TVs in the room were not Smart TVs.

Positive: I liked the overall size of the rooms. The bathroom was a decent size as well. Everything was relatively clean and neat. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Negative: I didn't like that the gym had only one operating treadmill out of two. Even though there are two entrances to the gym only one will allow entry and it's not labeled or marked to tell you to us the other side. I didn't like that the refrigerator setting wasn't adjustable and that it was set so low it didn't keep things cold. I didn't like that the safe needed new batteries and was dead upon my arrival. I didn't like that they seemed to be understaffed and when I tried to call to make a breakfast order and no one answered. I called the front desk and they told me the cook wasn't answering the phone because he was in the back filling orders. They said, I could come to the front and make an order with them. I feel like that is definitely understaff.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay but the hotel needs to tighten up if they want to be rated great.
