Summary: The hotel is stunning with lots of amenities. Beds were cozy and the room was nice. The pool was warm and felt amazing! Hot tub was down. Mold on the shower curtain and we had to ask for our room to be tended to. Otherwise the best part were the valet guys! Food was good but breakfast stops at 10:30 am

Summary: The staff were amazing and sadly that’s all that’s great about this hotel for the price we paid. Check-in was fast and easy, and we were offered a glass of Prosecco. No complaints there. On way to the room the carpets were dirty food and other items all over the hotel, garbage cans were always full around the elevators, obviously they must be short on cleaning staff or just badly managed. The restaurant chairs had food on which I found strange as if you were going to clean and reset the table. You would also wipe down the chairs? i cannot fault the restaurant waiter staff and the quality of the food was good for the price. pool area was clean the bar staff were extremely friendly.The room itself was a suit, the couch looked well used and marked, and not inviting at all. There was a standup fan in the lounge area, which we found odd but obviously they may have had air-conditioning problems in the past. The kitchen area was clean.The bedroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The bed linen was nice. There was only one remote for the TVs, which only worked on the TV in the lounge area so we could not get the bedroom TV working. And we were not really in the room much so it really did not affect us. The walls are paper thin we could hear everything from the room next to us.The windows are very thin very hard to sleep with noise outside. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible to put make up on. I have more to write but not enough room here

Summary: The guest service was very good. the roof top bar service was not so good. in a 5th floor room, you could still hear the late night music from the roof top bar. I would go back, but ask for a different room location.

Summary: The hotel was nice and clean and close to the beach. Pool was way smaller than expected. I'm so tired of being fee'd to death. I pay to stay at your hotel and then you charge me an additional 25 for parking. Ridiculous.
