The Space:
Gorgeous home is in Cambria, California, off beautiful Highway 1! WALK to Shamel Park, Fiscalini Ranch trail, bluff overlooks, and beach access! Just a short drive (or long walk) to Cambria's quaint downtown and a 10-minute drive to Hearst Castle! Enjoy 4th of July fireworks and events at Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach! Whale watch from the balcony! Remodeled and redesigned in 2021! Listen to the waves from the front porch or from around the fire pit. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal or head to town for award-winning food and wine!
With two bedrooms downstairs, and the primary retreat and living spaces upstairs, we think this home is perfect for two small families, one large family, or a girls' trip getaway! Enjoy whale watching from the balcony or the bluffs just steps away. Listen to waves crashing as you fall asleep each night! Beach access, a public pool, and a great picnic area and park are just a couple of blocks away. Park benches dotted throughout the shoreline are our favorite places to sip a cup of coffee and unwind. The world-renowned Fiscalini Ranch trail is just a short walk away as well. Remodeled in 2021, the space is fresh and clean!
Guests have access to the entire home, washer and dryer, and gravel lot adjacent to the home. There are two garages, one garage is reserved for owner use while the other is the perfect space for kids to hang out. Anything in the guest garage- beach toys, kiddie pool, games, grill, etc is available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the best neighborhood in Cambria, the Cambria House is just a couple blocks to beach access, Shamel Park, and Fiscalini Ranch trail. Steps to the bluffs, you can easily drink your morning coffee on a park bench overlooking the crashing waves. The neighborhood is established, quiet, and filled with large, stunning homes on big lots. Easy to locate on a wide paved street with flat parking, a rare find in Cambria! Ocean view from upstairs in the kitchen, dining, and living room, and outdoor areas, you're likely to see whales spouting and a gorgeous display of stars at night.

We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Please note that currently the next door neighbor is having construction work done on his property. This has taken longer than expected but we do not believe it will disrupt your stay. Please let us know if you have any concerns.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambria beach house. The location was absolutely amazing and the house perfect for our 6 person, 2 pet family. We would love to return. Only small issue was ants around kitchen area, so be sure to not leave any food on the kitchen countertops at night.

Summary: We loved the property as a whole and it fit our needs from both a location and size perspective. The only thing we found lacking were the amount of towels. We were there for 8 days and there is a need for more, but overall, it was a great property and we will return. Guest Equity was great to work with.

Summary: Our Christmas week at this rental was wonderful! The location was great; the home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was upscale and equipped with all the utensils, appliances, dishes, and cookware needed. We enjoyed walking on Moonstone Beach, Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and enjoyed pickle ball in town. We even spent a day zip lining in nearby Santa Margarita. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Summary: The town of cambia is one if not the most unique place my wife and I have ever been. The people, the speed, the beautiful landscape, the overall scenery was one to record daily. It was like being in a movie, the town, the vineyards, the ocean and the variety of animals were matched together so perfectly. It was truly a God created and sustained place.
