Positive: The speciality restaurants were really nice and the food was fantastic. The facilities were brilliant, in particular the lobby area and pools were lovely. The entertainment was varied and of a high standard, even if it started a little late most days.

Negative: The main restaurant provided many options even if the quality was quite average. The desserts looked great but were actually really bad. The beach area was disappointing - probably one of the worst of all the hotels along the stretch which resulted in us not really using it. The location wasn't particularly interesting or attractive and didn't really entice us beyond the resort - Side old town provided a nice alternative on a few occasions. The service was hit and miss in the restaurants - sometimes offered a drink, sometimes not. We asked for a baby chair daily which had about a 50% success rate of being delivered - in the end we resorted to finding one ourselves on numerous occasions. The food stalls weren't always manned by staff. The non-smoking outside area in the main restaurant was completely not abided by with most tables having a smoker on - this should have been enforced and it was not nice for my pregnant wife or our 2 year old boy to suffer this each meal time.

Summary: Overall our stay was slightly underwhelming given the 5 star billing

Positive: A very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The problem is that food is presented warm or cold, never hot. A large variety of sweets. Aylin at Customer Service is very helpful and servicial. Perfect cocktails. Hotel is very beautifully lit at night. Shops close by.

Negative: Food presented cold. Private taxi service inside hotel is a rip off.
