Summary: Property manager was quick to address issues with the internet. House lacked towels and paper supplies - we had to borrow additional towels from someone locally and make a trip to the grocery store for paper towels. The neighborhood is very active - we had multiple people knock on the door looking for someone or trying to sell things. In addition the lawn maintenance team came and was extremely loud on Saturday afternoon while we were trying to have our children rest.

Summary: We have stayed at this property before. Though it is much larger than we need, it is located in an area that is close to where we need to be. We will be staying here again shortly for the third time.

Summary: Upon arrival there we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and knee high grass in the front and back yard. There was a complete lack of communication and organization with the property management company. There was a random woman that showed up on the first night from the property management company looking for 2 men. Then on Saturday when arriving back at the Vrbo there was a couple trying to get into the house, but they had apparently and unknowingly booked a garage apartment behind the house. Communication and organization would greatly help this property.
